Does the trade discount combine with other offers?
No. Trade pricing doesn’t combine with other promotions, including Black Friday and bundle offers. At checkout you automatically get whichever discount saves you more.
How do I order once I’m approved?
Sign in at figgyplay.com with the email you applied with, add to cart, and check out. The 20% comes off automatically. There’s no code to enter.
Can I ship straight to my client?
Yes. Enter your client’s address as the shipping address at checkout.
How do I get tax-exempt pricing?
After you’re approved, email your resale certificate to hello@figgyplay.com. We’ll set your account to tax-exempt. Some states require a certificate for each ship-to state.
How do I get the swatch kit?
Once you’re approved, reply to your approval email with your shipping address and we’ll send one.
I’m ordering several Figgys for one project. Who do I talk to?
Email hello@figgyplay.com with “Trade order” in the subject and we’ll put together a quote.
