Shipping
When items are fully in stock, we aim to ship within 3-5 business days and from there it usually takes FedEx 2-5 days to deliver. Processing time could be longer during holidays. All items are shipped from our factory in South Carolina.
Returns
At Figgy we are dedicated to quality and service. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please initiate a return by emailing us at hello@figgyplay.com. You may return your product within 30 days of receipt, subject to these conditions:
- All returns must have prior approval from Figgy (we pride on returning our responses within 24 hours but it may take up to 72 hours).
- It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping.
- Products damaged during shipment must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
- For any product deemed as damaged during delivery, please make sure to take pictures of the box so we can work with our shipping company accordingly.
- For any defective or damaged product take 2-3 pictures of your product and the defect. We will always work with you to rectify damaged products and will determine the best way to remediate your issue quickly!
- Damage due to using a sharp object to cut open the box and causing inadvertent damage to the product is not covered under warranty or the 30 day return policy.
- Once the item is received undamaged and in new condition the customer will be refunded the full product amount. If the product arrives with wear or damage, you may not qualify for a complete refund.
The Figgy 10-Year Playproof Warranty
Because play is messy—and your couch should be built for it.
We build products that last. That’s why every Figgy is backed by our 10-Year Playproof Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship. If something goes wrong because of how it was made—we’ll make it right. Valid on Figgy's purchased on or after 7/1/2025.
What’s Covered
Your Figgy is a tank! That’s why it should never break when used in normal indoor play situations. We’ll repair or replace Figgy components that fail due to a manufacturing defect, including:
- Stitching that unravels
- Zippers that break
- Velcro connectors that detach
- Foam inserts that collapse, split, or lose shape
- Waterproof liners that tear, delaminate, or stop functioning with proper care
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by everyday wear or accidents. This includes:
- Foam yellowing, softening, or sloping under 2 inches from age, sunlight, or pressure
- Minor crumbling or shedding at foam edges (this is normal and expected)
- Rounded corners or small inconsistencies due to tight covers or hand-cut foam
- Moisture exposure, including:
- Urine, spills, vomit, or bodily fluids
- Drinks, rain, or damp storage
- Urine, spills, vomit, or bodily fluids
- Cosmetic wear like pilling, fading, or snags
- Damage from pets, markers, paint, scissors, glitter glue, or mystery goo
- Improper care: hot water, high-heat drying, or bleach
- Mold, mildew, or strong odors from long-term moisture
- Lost, gifted, or secondhand products (warranty is valid for original owners only)
- Figgies purchased on or after 7/1/2025.
FiggyFoam is designed to live inside a cover. Slight imperfections in shape, texture, or color that don’t affect performance are not considered defects.

If your cover fabric is no longer in stock, we’ll offer:
- A similar replacement from our current lineup that closely matches your existing fabric and color.. We cannot guarantee the exact same cover color/fabric match if the cover is no longer available on our website.
- A store credit toward the replacement cover of your choice.
Keep Your Warranty Valid
- Wash covers cold. Lay flat or hang dry.
- Store your Figgy indoors, away from direct sunlight and damp spaces.
- Avoid folding or compressing foam for long periods.
- Don’t cut, reshape, or modify your foam

Legal Terms & Conditions
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Limitation of Remedies:
To the extent permitted by law, Figgy’s responsibility for defects is limited to repair or replacement as described in this warranty. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or damage to other property.
Exclusions:
This warranty applies only to original purchasers who buy through figgyplay.com on or after 7/1/2025, proof of purchase is required. It does not cover resale, commercial use, modifications, or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
Warranty Void if…
- Foam or fabric is exposed to water, pets, or improper cleaning agents
- Products are resold, modified, or used in a commercial setting
- Foam or fabric is not cared for as outlined in our usage guidelines
Product Variations:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight cosmetic imperfections are normal and not covered under this warranty.
Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, labor strikes, or pandemics.
Dispute Resolution – Arbitration Required
If a dispute arises between you and Figgy Play relating to this warranty or any Figgy product, that dispute will be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration in accordance with the dispute resolution terms set forth in our Terms of Service. Arbitration will be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, unless otherwise required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to bring any claim solely in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate your claim with any other proceeding and may not otherwise preside over any form of representative or class action.
You must initiate arbitration before seeking remedies under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act or any similar state law related to consumer warranties. This clause does not limit any rights you may have under applicable state or federal law, except to require arbitration as the forum for resolving such disputes.
Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
