What if I pick the wrong colour?
Covers are removable and replaceable, so a colour is not a permanent decision. If you would rather not guess at all, a gift card lets them choose.

How to pick without asking and ruining the surprise
You do not need to know their taste in furniture. You need about two minutes.
- Look at their sofa, not their playroom — Figgy sits in the main room in most homes. Match the sofa or the rug and it will look deliberate.

How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free sitewide within the US. Delivery timing varies by colour and season and is shown at checkout. If you are buying for a specific date, order with room to spare, especially in November and December.
Can it be returned if it is not right?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee. Clearance colours, gift cards and swatch sets are final sale. Anything defective or damaged is always covered regardless.
What ages is it actually for?
Roughly one year old through ten and beyond. Younger children use it flat for climbing and rolling; older ones build with it. Adults use it more than they expect to.
Is it safe? What is it made of?
Foam is CertiPUR-US certified and made in the USA. Fabrics are GREENGUARD Gold certified and Oeko-Tex certified, and components are independently tested for lead, BPA, phthalates and formaldehyde. There are no added flame retardants.
How does the warranty work?
Every Figgy carries a 10-Year Playproof Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, valid on Figgys purchased on or after 1 July 2025.
