Can we get a quote and an invoice?
Yes. Tell us quantity and timeline and we will send a written quote. We can invoice rather than take card payment where your process requires it.
Is there volume pricing?
For multi-unit orders, yes. It depends on quantity, colour mix and timing, which is why this is an email rather than a price list.
Will it meet our safety requirements?
Foam is CertiPUR-US certified, fabrics are GREENGUARD Gold and Oeko-Tex certified, and components are independently tested for lead, BPA, phthalates and formaldehyde. We can supply documentation.

How ordering works
We do not have a self-serve wholesale portal. For now this is a conversation, and it is a short one.
- Send us the requirement — Quantity, colours if you have a preference, delivery location and the date you need it by.
- We send a written quote — Including lead time. Lead time is the constraint on larger orders, not stock, so tell us your date early.
- Paperwork, if you need it — W-9, certification documents, spec sheets and tax exemption handling. Ask for whatever your process requires.
- Invoice or card — Whichever your finance team prefers.

Do you sell to schools and clinics directly?
Yes. Preschools, occupational therapy practices, paediatric clinics, libraries and family spaces are all existing customers. Email hello@figgyplay.com with what you need.
Can you handle tax-exempt purchases?
Yes. Send your exemption certificate with your enquiry and we will apply it to the quote.
What are the lead times for larger orders?
It depends on quantity and colour. Foam and covers are made to order beyond a certain volume, so give us as much notice as you can, particularly for a term start or a fit-out date.
How do the pieces connect?
The four base cushions have Velcro and attach to each other. The two bolsters and the wedge are gravity-supported rather than fastened, so they can be repositioned freely.
How are covers cleaned in a shared setting?
Covers are removable and machine washable. Waterproof liners are available as an option and are worth specifying for shared or clinical environments.
Does the warranty apply to commercial use?
The 10-Year Playproof Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Tell us the setting when you enquire and we will confirm in writing what applies to your order before you buy.
