Baggy Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The Baggy Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Figgy, Madison, Wisconsin (figgyplay.com) ("Sponsor"). Questions can be sent to hello@figgyplay.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

3. Entry period

The Giveaway begins Wednesday, October 14, 2026 and ends Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the "Entry Period").

4. How to enter

During the Entry Period, visit figgyplay.com, add a Baggy (in Birdsnest or Night Owl) to your cart, go to checkout and enter your email address. You do not need to complete a purchase. An unfinished checkout that includes a Baggy and a valid email address counts as one entry. Limit one entry per person and per email address; duplicate entries will count once. Entries made through automated means are void.

5. Winner selection

On or about Wednesday, October 21, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select eight (8) winning entries from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prizes

• Grand prize (1): one Baggy in the color in the winner's cart, free of charge.
• Second prize (1): 75% off one Baggy.
• Third prize (1): 50% off one Baggy.
• Fourth prizes (5): 25% off one Baggy each.

The approximate retail value of each prize is up to $499. Discount prizes apply to one Baggy only, must be used by the date stated in the winner notification, and have no cash value. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

7. Shipping

Shipping is free for winners in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Winners outside the contiguous United States are responsible for shipping costs.

8. Winner notification and acceptance

Winners will be notified by email at the address used to enter. Winners must reply to accept their prize within 48 hours of the notification. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, that prize is forfeited and Sponsor will randomly select an alternate winner.

9. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any federal, state and local taxes on their prize.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, winners agree that Sponsor may use their first name, last initial and city and state for announcing the winners, without further compensation.

11. General conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if it cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or for technical malfunctions.

12. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, participants release Sponsor and its owners, employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Giveaway and is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy at figgyplay.com/policies/privacy-policy.

14. Governing law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

15. Winners list

For the names of the winners, email hello@figgyplay.com after October 31, 2026.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Shopify or any social media platform.
